Amanda Benfield, MSN, RN, OCN, is the Director of Infusion, Oncology, Vein/Wound, and Vascular Access, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and over a decade of nursing practice. She began her healthcare career in 2001 and has practiced as a nurse since 2011, with a strong clinical background in oncology, including experience in Phase I clinical trials. Since stepping into leadership in 2021, she has focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening clinical workflows, and ensuring teams have the tools and resources needed to deliver safe, effective, and efficient patient care. She is deeply passionate about process improvement and advancing oncology practice, with a strong commitment to driving positive, sustainable change that improves outcomes for patients and care teams. Her hobbies include hunting and fishing.
